The rules
of the game.

1. Purpose

LISTÖ is a mobile application that allows users to create, manage and publish second-hand clothing listings on multiple platforms (Vinted, Vestiaire Collective, Leboncoin) using artificial intelligence and augmented reality.

2. Access and Registration

• Access to LISTÖ is reserved for persons aged 16 and over.
• Registration requires a valid email address.
• You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials.
• One account per person.

3. Acceptable Use

Permitted

• Selling your own clothing and fashion accessories
• Using AI features to create listings
• Publishing to connected platforms

Prohibited

• Selling counterfeit, stolen or illegal items
• Publishing false or misleading information
• Using the app for unauthorised commercial purposes (bots, spam)
• Attempting to circumvent security systems

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the photos and descriptions you publish. By submitting them, you grant OptimAI LLC a non-exclusive licence to process, analyse and transmit them to your chosen platforms. You warrant that you hold all rights to submitted content.

5. Liability

LISTÖ facilitates connection with resale platforms but is not a party to transactions. OptimAI LLC is not responsible for the actions of third parties (buyers, platforms). The service is provided "as is" without guarantee of continuous availability.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

LISTÖ offers free access with limited features and a premium subscription. Subscriptions are managed via the App Store (Apple) or Google Play. In accordance with their policies, no refunds are possible except as required by law.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the app (Settings → Delete my account) or via listö.app/delete-account. OptimAI LLC may suspend an account in case of violation of these terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming (USA), without prejudice to mandatory protections offered to consumers under European law (GDPR, Consumer Rights Directive). Any dispute shall be subject to the competent jurisdiction.
